From the molten tapestry of the Giant’s Causeway, flung from the mouth of the now dormant Knocklayde, to the mountain springs descending rocky hillsides and flowing gently through green fields on their continuous journey towards the North Atlantic Sea.
For thousands of years these breathtaking landscapes on the north coast of Ireland have inspired artists and sculptors, poets and writers.
On this coastline of giants and castles stand the mighty Glens of Antrim, steeped in folklore and fairytale. At the gateway to this magical land is situated the small fishing town of Ballycastle, once the heart of the ancient kingdom of Dalriada which linked the two Celtic lands of Ireland and Scotland. This is where I was inspired to create Kitty’s Jewels. |

Welcome to Kitty’s Jewels! My name is Catherine Dickson, I have been interested in jewellery since I was a child. I obtained a 2:1 in design in 2006 at Liverpool Hope University and have since set up Kitty’s Jewels.
Kitty’s Jewels creates bespoke hand crafted jewellery primarily using high quality materials such as sterling silver, semi – precious gemstones, freshwater pearls and genuine Swarovski crystals, as well as glass and silver plated metal. The wide variety of gemstones and pearls fascinates me and inspires me to add vivid colours to the jewellery I create.
I aim to make unique, contemporary and interesting jewellery which can be worn on every occasion. Each piece or set comes boxed.
